Kelly’s Clinic reviews the submitted questionnaires to understand the patient’s symptoms and history.
While not necessary for a diagnosis, your doctor may request certain blood tests to help guide treatment or to better understand your health. Patients have the option of visiting the laboratory clinic of their choice – Lifelabs, Dynacare, or Bio Test.

Regular blood requisition includes:
Full blood count( red blood and white blood cells) ,Kidney Function, Liver Function, Lipids(Cholesterol,LDL HDL,TRIGLYCERIDES) Ferritin, HbA1c(diabetic), LH,FSH,estradiol, progesterone,Testosterone, Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG), Vitamin B12, Vitamin D and TSH .
The initial appointment includes a 60-minute consultation, a comprehensive review of blood work results, a customized treatment plan based on your test results and symptoms, which includes prescriptions and a requisition for a repeat after 3 months of treatment.

Kelly’s Clinic provides remote telehealth, including prescriptions, the ordering of tests and x-rays, mental health and addiction counseling, as well as making referrals to specialists. It is not set up to provide the full spectrum of primary care services.

Kelly’s Clinic operates as a private healthcare practice and utilizes private billing, not covered by OHIP or insurance.
